【Abstract】 The resources of vocational education are unbalanced among different regions, especially between the contiguous poverty-stricken areas and the Chengdu plain areas, and the resources cannot be allocated through the market mechanism. Education, as a public product, requires the government to pay for it, applying administrative and economic means to allocate vocational education resources, and to establish a set of operation, assessment, and input mechanisms. This study provides a reference for the government to allocate resources as well as a program for vocational colleges to carry out targeted poverty alleviation.更多还原
