【摘要】 本文提出一种大数据与云计算轮胎自动检测系统,将轮胎型号、规格、花纹特征等信息写入轮胎内置芯片的同时,利用传感器将胎温、胎压、关键部位轮胎磨损情况及行驶时轮胎动平衡等信息以射频信号形式传入车载电脑,车载电脑通过网络将所有信息上传到大数据中,通过云计算进行信息处理与分析,通过车载电脑或者其他终端设备实现轮胎性能参数的实时显示与监控。该轮胎自动检测系统可广泛应用于轮胎制造、汽车制造、交通运输、物流等行业,市场前景广阔。

【Abstract】 This paper puts forward a kind of big data and cloud computing tire automatic test system,the tire model,specification and information written to the tire pattern features a built-in chip at the same time,using the sensor will tire temperature,tire pressure,key parts such as tires and tire dynamic balance while moving information in the form of rf signal to on-board computer,on-board computer upload all information to big data through the network,information processing and analysis,through the cloud computing through the on-board computer or other device realizes the tire performance parameters of the real-time display and monitoring. The automatic tire detection system can be widely used in tire manufacturing,automobile manufacturing,transportation,logistics and other industries,the market prospect is broad.
