【摘要】 目的:观察健脾化痰活血散结法对高血压病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚甲减)的干预作用。方法:将40例高血压病合并亚甲减患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服健脾化痰活血散结中药。观察两组治疗前后主要症状、体征、相关检验指标。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗组在临床症状、降血压、调脂、干预颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)和平稳甲状腺功能水平方面显著改善,且治疗后治疗组各方面指标均优于对照组。结论:健脾化痰活血散结法对高血压病合并亚甲减患者的动脉粥样硬化具有治疗及延缓进程的作用,对其临床治疗具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the intervention effect of invigorating the spleen to dissipate phlegm and promoting blood circulation for resolving hard mass method on hypertensive complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods: Forty patients with hypertension complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the spleen to dissipate phlegm and promoting blood circulation for resolving hard mass method. The main symptoms, signs and related test indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results: Compared with this group bofore treatment, the treatment group was better in improving clinical symptoms, lowering blood pressure, regulating blood lipids, interfering with IMT and stabilizing thyroid function. After the treatment, these indexes of the treatment group were better than these of the control group. Conclusion: Invigorating the spleen to dissipate phlegm and promoting blood circulation for resolving hard mass method has the function of treating and delaying the progress of atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension combined with subclinical hypothyroidism, and has the guiding significance for its treatment.更多还原
