【Abstract】 Chrysanthemum morifolium is a kind of medicine and food homologous plant and rich in essential oils.The chemical compositions of the Chrysanthemum morifolium essential oils mainly include terpenes, phenols, esters,aldehydes, ketones and alcohols, some of them play an important role in antimicrobial property and have potential application value in the field of food preservation. This paper overviews the chemical compositions of essential oils from different parts of Chrysanthemum morifolium, the antimicrobial mechanism and preservative effect, the aim is to provide a scientific reference for the research and application of Chrysanthemum morifolium essential oils in the field of antimicrobial and preservation.更多还原
