【摘要】 目的通过分析我院检验危急值在临床各科室的分布情况以及几种常见危急值在临床科室出现的频率,为提高危急值临床应用价值提供参考。方法对2016年1月至2018年12月检验科报告的4847份危急值进行统计分析。结果 2016年危急值发生率为0.89%,2017年危急值发生率为0.56%,2018年危急值发生率为0.87%。在4847例危急值中,危急值项目主要集中在血清钾、血红蛋白、血糖、血清肌酐、肌酸激酶、尿酸、白细胞等项目,报告总数前三位的病区是:分泌消化内科、呼吸重症内科和ICU。结论定期评估分析医院危急值统计数据,有利于危急值制度的持续改进,保证患者医疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical practice value of critical value results by analyzing the distribution of critical value and the frequencies of several common critical values in different clinical departments.Methods We analyzed 4,847 critical value reports reported by the laboratory from January,2016 to December,2018.Results The incidence of critical value was 0.89% in 2016,0.56% in 2017 and 0.87% in 2018,respectively.Among the 4,847 reports,the items of critical value were mainly serum potassium,hemoglobin,blood sugar,serum creatinine,creatine kinase,uric acid,and white blood cells.The top three departments with the highest incidence were the department of Gastroenterology,Respiratory Medicine and ICU.Conclusion Regular assessment and analysis of hospital critical value statistics was conducive to continuous improvement of the critical value system to ensure patient medical safety.更多还原
