【摘要】 教学阅片是影像医学与核医学专业学员临床实践教学的关键课堂。规范有效的教学阅片是提升临床教学水平的重要环节,是培养合格医学人才的重要保证,也是师资队伍同质化建设的重要抓手。本文结合新时期我国住院医师规范化培训6大核心胜任力框架,以放射科住院医师规范化培训过程中的教学阅片为例,探讨教学阅片的基本流程与规范,从而为放射科专业基地教学阅片活动的规范化实施提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching film-reading is the key class of clinical practice teaching for the residents of imaging medicine and nuclear medicine. Normalized and efficient film-reading teaching is the crucial link to improve the clinical teaching levels, the important guarantee for training qualified medical personnel, and the vital key for teaching staff constructions. Our purpose is to discuss the basic process and norms of film-reading teaching in the department of radiology, combined with the frame of six core competences in the new era of China’s standardized residency training, and to provide reference for standardized implementation of film-reading teaching in the department of radiology.更多还原
