突发性雷电灾害衍生大气污染物应急监测系统研究

【摘要】 在突发性雷电灾害衍生大气污染物影响分析基础上,设计并构建以GIS为核心的应急监测系统。系统主要包含灾害发生相关基础信息管理、应急监测响应方案设计和后续处理三大功能模块。当突发性雷电灾害发生后,其衍生的大气污染物应急监测系统启动。利用基础信息管理功能模块对灾害发生的相关信息进行采集并保存。根据基础信息选取适当的监测项目、布设监测点、确定监测频率,实现采样及最终监测方案设计。对环境比较敏感的点后续监测进行相应管理,并提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the impact of sudden lightning disasters on atmospheric pollutants, an emergency monitoring system based on GIS was designed and constructed. The system mainly includes three basic functional modules:basic information management related to disaster occurrence, emergency response design and follow-up processing. When a sudden lightning disaster occurs, its derived air pollutant emergency monitoring system is activated. The basic information management function module is used to collect and save information related to disaster occurrence. According to the basic information, select appropriate monitoring items, set up monitoring points, determine the monitoring frequency, and realize the sampling and final monitoring program design. The post-monitoring of points sensitive to the environment is managed accordingly, and rationalization suggestions are proposed.
