ASE-GC/MS法测定水稻田土壤中8种酰胺类农药的不确定度评定研究

【摘要】 通过对加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法(ASE-GC/MS)测定水稻田土壤中8种酰胺类农药含量的不确定度进行评定,建立了不确定度评定的模型,分析了测定过程中引入的不确定度来源,计算出各不确定度分量,最后合成标准不确定度并得出相对扩展不确定度。结果表明,方法的相对扩展不确定度为0.10~0.17,ASE-GC/MS法测定水稻田土壤中酰胺类农药可取得较满意的结果,不确定度控制的主要因素是样品前处理,其次是标准曲线拟合。能为酰胺类农药应用于水稻田的健康风险评价提供可靠的数据支撑。

【Abstract】 The possible uncertainties in the determination of 8 amide pesticides such as propanil, alachlor, acetochlor, propachlor, butachlor, thiobencarb, propisochlor, metolachlor in paddy soil by gas chromatograph mass spectrometry(GC/MS) with accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) were analyzed and evaluated. A mathematical model of uncertainty was established and the sources of uncertainty produced in the measurement process were also analyzed. Each uncertainty components were calculated to combine the standard uncertainty, and then the relative expanded uncertainty was proposed. The results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty of the method was 0.10~0.17, satisfactory results can be obtained for the determination of amide pesticides in paddy soil by ASE-GC/MS method. The major factor affecting the measurement uncertainty was sample pretreatment, while the minor was standard curve fitting. It can provide reliable data for the health risk assessment of the application of amide pesticides in rice field.
