铝合金叶轮砂型铸造工艺设计及模拟分析

【摘要】 针对ZL114A铝合金叶轮对称结构特征,以及轮辐平面处的高质量组织及性能要求,兼顾生产成本,采用轮辐大平面朝下的浇注位置;因铸件高度相对不高,针对轮轴处弧形过渡面特征,以及铸件回转对称要求快速填充均匀,采用浇冒口合一的低位中心浇注的浇注系统,并在下部设置分流锥,在浇冒口上设置双层过滤网以除渣,并利于平缓填充,达到铸件底注及中心浇注优点的有机统一。对比研究了多种方案及模拟分析。结果表明,浇注系统充填速度最快,充填均匀,易于渣上浮;铸件质量、节约材料、造型成本等方面可以达到最佳匹配。

【Abstract】 In view of ZL114 A aluminum alloy impeller symmetric structure characteristics and high-quality structure and performance requirements at the spool plane, considering production cost, the casting position facing down on the spool plane was adopted. Because the height of the casting was relatively low, according to the characteristics of the curved transition surface at the axle and the requirements of the casting rotation symmetry, rapid and uniform filling was required.The casting system of low center pouring with the combination of gate and gate was adopted, and the distributary cone was set at the bottom, and a double layer filter net was set on the gate to remove the slag, which was beneficial to smooth filling, so as to achieve the organic unification of the advantages of casting bottom pouring and center pouring. Several schemes and simulation analysis were compared and studied. The results show that the filling speed of the pouring system is the fastest, the filling is uniform and the slag is easy to float. The best matching can be achieved in casting quality,materials saving and modeling cost.
