基于ADAMS的阀门凸轮机构的动力学仿真
Dynamic Simulation of Valve-cam Prototype Based on ADAMS
【摘要】 电动阀门为管道系统介质流量的调节执行机构,以阀门凸轮为研究对象,通过机械设计软件Solid Works和虚拟样机软件ADAMS对阀门凸轮机构进行动力学特性的初步仿真研究,在虚拟环境下模拟出阀门的运动情况,实现了阀门凸轮机构的运动学仿真,为阀门凸轮机构整机性能提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The electric valve is used as an actuator the control the medium flow in the pipeline system. This paper takes the valvecam as object of study and preliminarily simulates and studies its dynamic characteristics by the mechanism design software Solidworks and the virtual prototype software ADAMS. In the virtual environment,the actual moving condition of the valve is simulated,thus realizing the dynamic simulation of the valve-cam. It provides the reference for making research on its equipment performance.
