【Abstract】 Objective: To establish an identification method for Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by infrared spectra. Methods: Ten samples of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei from different habitats were identified,and the similarity calculation and chemical pattern recognition were used. Results: Ten IR fingerprints were obtained,and the similarity of the graphs was greater than 0. 96. Conclusion: The method of IR fingerprint can be used for the identification of different origins of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.更多还原
