【摘要】 目的:探究桡骨远端骨折使用掌侧锁定钢板联合旋前方肌修复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1-9月本院收治的90例桡骨远端骨折患者作为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序不同分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组予以掌侧锁定钢板治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以旋前方肌修复治疗。比较两组手术前后的VAS评分以及术后1、6个月旋前旋后、腕关节功能评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:1 d、术后3 d,两组的VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、6个月,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腕关节功能评分优良率为97.8%,高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(x~2=3.873,P=0.049)。两组术后1个月旋前旋后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后6个月旋后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后6个月旋前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应率为8.9%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(x~2=4.865,P=0.027)。结论:临床上对于桡骨远端骨折患者予以掌侧锁定钢板治疗,并予以旋前方肌进行修复,能够减少患者术后并发症,提高腕部功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of distal radius fracture treated by palmar locking plate combined with anterior supination muscle repair.Method:A total of 90 patients with distal radius fracture in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the registration number,45 cases in each group.The control group was received the locking palmar plate,and the observation group was received the pronator quadratus restorative treatment on the basis of the control group.The VAS before and after operation,the pronation and supination of the wrist at 1,6 months after surgery,the scores of wrist joint function,the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups were compared.Result:1 d before surgery and 3 d after surgery,there were no significant differences in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).1,6 months after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of wrist joint function in the observation group was 97.8%,which was higher than 86.7% in the control group( x~2=3.873,P=0.049).There were no statistical differences in the pronation and supination of the wrist at 1 month after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in the supination of the wrist at 6 months after surgery in the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in the pronation of the wrist at 6 months after surgery in the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 8.9%,which was lower than 26.7% in the control group( x~2=4.865,P=0.027).Conclusion:The palmar locking plate and pronator quadratus restorative treatment in distal radius fractures can reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of wrist joint function.更多还原
