不同系统间数量型脂蛋白(a)免疫检测的观察评价
Evaluation of lipoprotein(a) immunoassay models with quantitative-unit expression
【摘要】 目的为更好地在临床开展脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的检测,观察不同系统间数量型检测效果的差异。方法选用两类常用方法 3个系统,测定配对的50例新鲜标本(血清/血浆)Lp(a)浓度,结果经SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果具有溯源性的不同系统检测结果具有良好的相关性和回归线性(r>0.90),但在标本、仪器间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实际应用时应注意。结论采用nmol/L表达模式能更科学地体现Lp(a)免疫检测的真实状况,并实现不同实验方法间的良好相关效果;而自动化的胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法将更好地满足临床科学研究与常规精确检测的需求。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to better detect lipoprotein( a) [Lp( a) ]clinically,we observed the difference of the quantitative detection effect between different systems. Methods Two common methods for the inclusion of three systems were used to measure the Lp( a) concentration of 50 fresh samples( serum/plasma),and the results were analyzed by SPSS 19. 0.Results The results of different test system with traceability had good correlation and linear regression( r > 0. 90),but the difference between instruments and specimens was statistically significant( P < 0. 01),so attention should be paid to the actual application. Conclusion Using nmol/L expression mode,the real state of Lp( a) immunoassay can be more scientifically expressed,and good correlation between different experimental methods can be realized. The automated latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric method will better meet the needs of clinical scientific research with the need for routine precision testing.
