【摘要】 家庭林业经营方式是我国农村最为普遍的经营形式,在新一轮集体林权制度改革后其基本构成和变动情况受到学界的广泛关注。基于福建省780份样本林户的问卷数据,统计分析家庭林业经营方式的基本情况,并以家庭资源禀赋、林地资源禀赋、林改相关政策为自变量构建二元Logistic模型,找出影响林农家庭经营方式改变的关键因素。结果表明:(1)单户经营在林改前后都是最主要的经营形式,联户经营较少;林改前自留山为最主要的家庭经营类型,林改后则转变为承包经营。(2)林户家庭年收入、林地总面积、立地质量、村集体对土地流转的态度、林改分林方式五个因素对林农家庭林业经营方式是否改变具有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The forestry family management mode was the most common form of the operation in China′s rural areas.After the new round of collective forest property right system reform,the basic composition and the change were widely concerned by academics.Based on the questionnaire data of 780 forest households in Fujian Province,this paper analyzed the basic situation of forest farm family management mode,and family resource endowment,forest resource endowment and forest reform policy were selected as variables to construct the binary logistic model,the key factors influencing the change of family management mode were found out.The results showed that:(1)Single-family operation was the most important form of management before and after the forest reform,the joint operation was relatively less,private hilly land before the collective forest reform as the most important type of family management mode,while main type was transformed into contract management after the collective forest reform.(2)The annual income of forestry family,the total area of forest land,the quality of site,the attitude of village committee to land circulation,and the way of dividing the mountains,these five factors had a significant impact on whether or not the forest farmers′family management changes.更多还原
