【摘要】 目的探讨微波配合壳聚糖创面修复凝胶局部治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床应用效果。方法 80例ROU患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组患者采用微波配合壳聚糖创面修复凝胶局部应用治疗,对照组患者采用口服维生素类等传统方法治疗。比较两组患者局部疗效和总体疗效。结果治疗组患者总体疗效总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者局部疗效总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波配合壳聚糖创面修复凝胶局部治疗ROU具有较好的临床疗效,操作简便,易于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of microwave combined with chitosan wound repair gel for local treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Methods A total of 80 ROU patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with microwave combined with local application of chitosan wound repair gel, and the control group was treated with traditional methods of oral administration of vitamins. The local efficacy and total efficacy between the two groups.
