【摘要】 目的探讨根治性放疗及术后放疗治疗老年食管癌的临床效果。方法 66例老年食管癌患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各33例。对照组采取术后放疗,试验组采取根治性放疗。比较两组患者1、2、3年生存率以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组1、2、3年生存率分别为54.5%、45.5%、27.3%,均高于对照组的51.5%、33.3%、21.2%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎、胃肠道反应、放射性食管炎分别发生17、8、18、8例,对照组患者骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎、胃肠道反应、放射性食管炎分别发生19、7、17、9例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根治性放疗及术后放疗治疗老年食管癌均能取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radical radiotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy for the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 33 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative radiotherapy, and the experimental group received radical radiotherapy. The 1 year, 2 and 3 years survival rate and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The 1 year, 2 and 3 years survival rate of the experimental group were 54.5%, 45.5% and 27.3% respectively, which were slightly higher than 51.5%, 33.3% and 21.2% of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There were 17 cases of myelosuppression, 8 cases of radioactive pneumonia, 18 cases of gastrointestinal reaction and 8 cases of radioactive esophagitis in the experimental group. There were 19 cases of myelosuppression, 7 cases of radioactive pneumonia, 17 cases of gastrointestinal reaction and 9 cases of radioactive esophagitis in the control group, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion Radical radiotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy are effective in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer.更多还原
