【摘要】 目的研究荧光素眼底血管造影检查(FFA)在早期诊断糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的价值。方法 326例(652只眼)DR患者,患者均给予检眼镜检查、FFA检查。比较两种检查方法对DR不同分期与不同病变的检查准确情况。结果 FFA检查法的对DRⅠ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期、Ⅴ期、Ⅵ期的检查总准确率92.18%明显高于检眼镜检查法的62.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FA检查法对视网膜内微血管异常、视神经乳头病变、黄斑病变、玻璃体增殖及视网膜水肿的检查总准确率92.18%明显高于镜眼镜检查法的64.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FFA检查法可准确了解患者具体病情发展,进行病情分级评估,为早期DR的诊断治疗提供客观依据,具有较高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of fluorescein fundus angiography(FFA) in early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 326 DR patients(652 eyes) were examined by ophthalmoscope and FFA.The accurate detection of different stages and different lesions were compared between two methods.Results The total accuracy rate of detection for DR Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ by FFA examination was 92.18%,which was significantly higher than 62.73% by ophthalmoscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total accuracy rate of detection in intraretinal microvascular abnormality,optic papilla retina lesion,macular lesion,vitreous proliferation and retinal edema by FFA examination was 92.18%,which was significantly higher than 64.26% by ophthalmoscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FFA can accurately understand the development of patients’ specific condition,carry out grading evaluation,provide objective basis for early diagnosis and treatment of DR,and has high diagnostic value.更多还原
