【摘要】 目的探讨闭合复位跳跃内固定治疗胫腓骨下段双骨折的效果。方法 60例胫腓骨下段双骨折患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组患者采用闭合复位跳跃内固定进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规手术方法进行治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间,以及治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨痂出现时间及骨折愈合时间均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为6.7%,明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者优良率为86.7%,高于对照组的66.7%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论闭合复位跳跃内固定法治疗胫腓骨下段双骨折,其闭合复位成功率高,手术时间短,出血量少,疗效可靠,是值得推广的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of closed reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of double fracture of the lower tibia and fibula. Methods A total of 60 patients with double fracture of the lower tibia and fibula were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with closed reduction and internal fixation, and the control group was treated with conventional surgical method. Comparison were made on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, occurrence time of bone callus, fracture healing time, treatment effect and occurrence of postoperative complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously better operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, occurrence time of bone callus and fracture healing time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 6.7% than 26.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had higher excellent rate as 86. 7% than 66.7% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Closed reduction and internal fixation shows reliable efficacy in treating double fracture of the lower tibia and fibula with short operation time and less bleeding, and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
