【摘要】 目的:探讨双相障碍(Bipolar disorder,BPD)的临床特点与诊疗。方法:对78例BPD患者住院病历资料采用自制的信息调查表,收集患者社会人口学资料、临床基本资料、临床诊断情况、药物治疗情况、出院时情况等信息,分析总结该疾病的临床特点与诊疗。结果:43.59%的患者有药物滥用史,25.64%的患者具有两系三代精神障碍家族史;出院诊断编码为F31.1和F31.2者各36例;药物治疗以碳酸锂片和利培酮片使用者最多;药物不良反应的总发生率为44.87%;出院诊断ICD-10编码为F31.1和F31.2者在是否急诊(Z=-3.140,P=0.002)、送诊主体(Z=-2.637,P=0.008)方面差异具有统计学意义。结论:BPD患者主要临床特点为药物滥用史和家族史,诊疗过程需加强质量监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand clinical characteristics of patients with bipolar disorder(BPD),and to explore its diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A self-made patient information questionnaire was used to collect the social demographic data,clinical basic information,clinical diagnosis,drug treatment and discharge status from the medical records of 78 cases with BPD.The clinical characteristics of the diseased and its diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and summarized.Results:Among the 78 cases,43.59%had a history of drug abuse,and 25.64% had a family history of two-and three-generation psychiatric disorders.The outpatient diagnosis was performed using ICD-10 diagnostic coding,36 cases were found in F31.1 and 36 in F31.2.During the treatment,most patients used Lithium carbonate tablets and Risperidone tablets.The overall incidence of adverse drug reactions was 44.87%.The differences in the emergency(Z =-3.140,P = 0.002),and the applicants(Z =-2.637,P = 0.008) among the patients with the diagnostic coding F31.1 and F31.2.were statistically significant.Conclusions:The main clinical characteristics of the patients with BPD are the history of drug abuse and the family history,and the quality monitoring needs to be strengthened during the diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
