【摘要】 当前,乡村振兴战略的提出,对农民有新的要求,而江西省作为农业大省应在乡村人才振兴上走在全国的前列。从受教育状况、职业能力状况以及技能培训状况等三方面分析当前江西农民素质现状,并以社会、政府和农民自身三方面分析成因,分别在宏观、中观与微观三个层次提出如下对策建议:宏观层面,市场、企业与培训机构主动承担提高乡村振兴人才的质量的任务;中观层面,政府积极引进各类乡村振兴人才;微观层面,提高农民自身受培训的意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major agricultural province,Jiangxi Province should be the forefront of rural revitalization within the country because the present rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for farmers.This paper analyzes the present situation of peasants in Jiangxi province from the situation of education,occupation ability and skill training,and analyzes the causes from the three aspects of nature,government and peasants themselves,then it puts forward three countermeasures:On the macro-level,the market,the enterprise and the training institutions take the task of improving the quality of the rural revitalization talents.On the middle-level,the government actively introduces various rural revitalization and on the micro-level,it improves the farmers’ awareness of training.更多还原
