石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米复合材料去除水溶液中甲基红的研究

【摘要】 采用水热合成法制备Fe3O4并与SiO2同时负载于石墨烯表面,得到石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米复合材料.运用SEM,TEM,XPS,FTIR,XRD等技术对石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米复合材料进行表征.以甲基红作为有机污染物代表,研究了甲基红溶液pH、吸附时间、温度及甲基红初始浓度对石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米吸附性能的影响.结果表明:石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米复合材料对甲基红吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和拟二级动力学模型;热力学研究表明,吸附是吸热和自发过程.因此,石墨烯-Fe3O4@SiO2纳米复合材料可作为从水溶液中去除有机污染物的高效吸附剂.

【Abstract】 A novel graphene based nanosorbents,Fe3O4-graphene@mesoporous SiO2 nanocomposites(denoted as MG@m-SiO2) was synthesized. The obtained MG@m-SiO2 were characterized by scanning electron microscopic(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The adsorptive property was investigated by using MG@m-SiO2 as sorbents and methyl red(MR),a common dye,as model of the organic pollutants. Adsorption kinetics,isotherms,thermodynamics as well as effects of pH and adsorbent dose on the adsorption were studied. The adsorption isotherms and kinetics were described by Langmuir isotherm model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model,respectively. Thermodynamic studies suggested that the adsorption of MR onto the MG@m-SiO2 was endothermic and spontaneous process. The results implied that the MG@m-SiO2 could be served as a cost-effective adsorbent for the removal of organic pollutants from aqueous solutions.
