一种基于博弈的LBS隐私保护哑元生成机制
A game theory based LBS privacy preservation dummy generation method
【摘要】 哑元技术是实现LBS位置隐私保护的有效方法.用户间合作生成哑元能有效降低哑元生成的成本.然而,哑元生成过程中会出现"搭便车"行为,不利于生成满足k-匿名约束的、足够数量的哑元.为此,基于公共物品博弈提出了一种分布式用户协作生成哑元的新方法,并引入一种惩罚机制,以减少用户"搭便车"行为.同时进一步利用动态演化的方法,分析了用户行为和系统中位置k-匿名的成功率.实验表明:所提出的方法能有效防止用户"搭便车"行为,提高位置k-匿名的成功率.
【Abstract】 Dummy technology was an effective method to protect LBS location privacy. The cooperation of users to generate dummy could effectively reduce the cost of generating dummy. However,the dummy generation would trigger " free rider" behavior,which would not be conducive to generating enough dummy to satisfy k-anonymity constraints. In order to settle the problem,a distributed collaborative dummy generation method was proposed based on the public goods game model. A punishment mechanism for " free rider " behavior was induced in the method. Detailed analysis of the behavior of users and the success rate of k-anonymity were included by the dynamic evolution method. The simulation experiment results showed that the proposed method could reduce " free rider" behavior effectively,so that it could increase the success ratio to achieve k-anonymity.
