【摘要】 改革开放40年来,浙江民办高等教育历经从无到有、从小到大和从大到强,可归纳为恢复办学、发展起步、多类型发展和内涵发展四个时期,并在发展过程中创下了多个全国第一的纪录,成为浙江"高教强省"的重要力量。新时代提出新要求,面对世情、国情和高等教育领域的诸多变化,浙江民办高等教育也发生了一些改变,县域办学、高起点办学和独立学院回归母体高校等成为新的亮点。浙江民办高等教育为我国高等教育改革与发展提供了浙江经验:政府重视,坚持扶持与规范并举;把握关键,坚持内涵发展;抢抓机遇,坚持改革创新;加强党建,坚持立德树人等。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the four decades of reform and opening-up,non-governmental higher education in Zhejiang has been established,grown larger and stronger. The development can be summarized as four stages of reintroduction,emerging and development,wide variety development and connotation development. In the process of development,it has set a number of national first records and become an important force in Zhejiang’s"strong high education province". The new era has brought new demands,and in the face of national conditions and many changes in the field of higher education,some changes have taken place in Zhejiang’s non-governmental higher education. County-run schools,high standard schools,and the return of independent colleges to parent universities have become new highlights. Non-governmental higher education in Zhejiang has provided a series of experiences for higher education reform in China including government attaching importance to and insisting on simultaneous support and standardization,grasping the key and persisting in the connotation development,seizing the opportunity and persisting in reform and innovation,strengthening party building and adhering to morality and talent education.更多还原
