【Abstract】 c-myc is a powerful proto-oncogene,which plays an important role in the growth,migration and apoptosis of gastric cancer. At present,some breakthroughs and achievements have been made in the study of the drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer. However,these treatments are accompanied by the drug resistance of gastric cancer cells. c-myc is also an important inducer of drug resistance in gastric cancer cells.This article will review the pathogenesis of c-myc and gastric cancer,the role of c-myc in the treatment of gastric cancer and related problems.更多还原
