【摘要】 为更好地使患者取得住院病历复印件,减轻患者负担,提供病历复印工作的多样化服务,河南省人民医院通过与中国邮政公司合作,开展了为患者代办复印病历邮寄业务。为保证邮递机构服务质量,保护患者隐私,医院通过与邮政公司签订相关协议,制定了规范合理的工作制度和流程。该项业务减轻了患者负担,提高了病历复印服务满意度,也减轻了病历复印窗口压力,提高了工作效率,体现了医院以人为本的人性化服务。同时对邮寄服务中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些建议和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Henan provincial people’s hospital cooperated with China Post carrying out medical record copy and mail service to reduce patient burden and convenience got medical record copy for patient. To assure service quality and protect patient privacy,standard process and regulation has been made. The service has been reduced patient burden,improved patient satisfaction,reduced the workload of hospital medical record management and promoted efficiency.
