2种霉菌毒素吸附剂对牦牛体重及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在研究蒙脱石(MMT)和酵母细胞壁提取物(YCW)对牦牛体重及血清生化指标的影响,采用两因素多水平随机试验设计,MMT 4水平(占日粮干物质比例,下同)分别为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%,YCW 4水平分别为0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%,MMT各水平与YCW各水平交叉组合形成4×4共16个组合,设1组重复,共计牦牛32头。结果表明:单独添加MMT时,0.1%组增重量最高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)浓度最低(P<0.05);单独添加YCW时,各组均可提高增重(P>0.05),0.4%组ALT浓度最低(P<0.05);2种吸附剂可分别降低谷草转氨酶(AST)并提高白蛋白(ALB)浓度(P>0.05);2种吸附剂混合添加时,YCW0.2%+MMT0.1%组增重最大,YCW0.4%+MMT0.1%组ALT浓度最低。本试验条件下,3种添加方式均能促进牦牛体重增长、保护肝功能,混合使用较单独使用效果更优;牦牛日粮中MMT推荐剂量为0.1%、YCW为0.4%,混合使用推荐剂量为YCW0.2%+MMT0.1%。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to explore the effects of montmorillonite(MMT) and yeast cell wall extract(YCW) to yak body weight and blood biochemical index. The test was designed using a two-factor multi-level complete randomized experiment design with two adsorbents and four levels of each adsorbent, MMT4 level(accounting for the ratio of dry matter in the diet, the same below): 0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%; YCW4 level: 0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%. Each level of MMT was crosscombined with each level of YCW to form a total of 16 combinations of 4×4. The test set up a repeating group therefore there was a total of 32 yaks(16×2) in this study. The results showed when the amount of MMT added was up to 0.1%, the increased weight of yaks was the highest(P<0.05), and then decreased with MMT adding. At the same time, the ALT concentration in the serum was the lowest(P<0.05), and then gradually increased with MMT adding. The YCW increased weight of yak(P>0.05),and when the amount of YCW added was up to 0.4%, the ALT concentration in the serum was the lowest(P<0.05), and then increased with YCW adding. Both MMT and YCW separately reduced the concentrations of AST etc.(P>0.05) and increased the concentration of ALB(P>0.05). In addition, the two adsorbents were used together, and the increased weigh of the Y0.2%+M0.1% group was the largest(P<0.05) and the lowest concentration of ALT in the group of Y0.4%+M0.1%. Conclusion: Appropriate addition of montmorillonite or yeast cell wall extract or a mixture of two adsorbents could promote the increased weight of yak and protect liver function, and the mixed use was better than the single use. The recommended amount of montmorillonite(MMT) for yak was 0.1%, and the yeast cell wall extract(YCW) was 0.4%.When two adsorbents were used in combination, the recommended addition amount was Y0.2%+M0.1%.
