【摘要】 伴随人们生活水平提高及对健康关注度加强,家庭药箱在社区居民家庭中使用越来越普及,但家庭药箱存在用药安全隐患,家庭药物不合理使用容易引起药物不良反应及药源性疾病。通过查阅、整理国内外相关文献,分析我国近10年关于家庭药箱安全用药的调查研究,为社区医院药师设计社区居民的家庭药箱安全用药管理、咨询、指导等家庭药箱的药学服务提供参考。社区医院特别是社区医院药师应发挥家庭药箱的药学服务作用,提高社区居民家庭药箱的安全用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of people′s living standard and strengthening health concerns,the home medication cabinet is used widely in community families.But there are potential dangers of safe medication in the home medication cabinet,and irrational use of family medicines can easily cause adverse drug reactions and drug-induced diseases.Through reviewing reference literatures,analyze investigations on safe medication of the home medication cabinets in our country in the past 10 years.The study results can provide reference for pharmacists in designing management,consultation,and guidance of family safe medication.Pharmacists in community hospitals should play the role of pharmaceutical care so as to improve the level of safe medication of the home medication cabinets.更多还原
