【摘要】 目的比较国产结合雌激素片与进口结合雌激素片对围绝经期妇女雌激素水平及脂代谢的影响。方法2003年9月至2005年6月,就诊于北京协和医院等5家医院的223例受试者被随机分到试验组（国产结合雌激素片）112例和对照组（进口结合雌激素片）111例。连续序贯方案治疗4个周期。用药前后测定血清中雌二醇（E2）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、总胆固醇（TC）与三酰甘油（TG）水平。结果治疗后E2水平试验组与对照组均升高,组内比较均P<0.05;组间比较P>0.05。治疗后血脂水平HDL-C、TG显著升高,LDL-C显著降低,组内比较P均<0.05;TC对照组与试验组均降低,对照组组内变化达到统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组未达到统计学差异,P>0.05。两组间各血脂指标上升或下降的差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论国产结合雌激素可改善脂代谢紊乱情况,升高E₂水平,非劣效于进口结合雌激素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of domestic conjugated estrogen tablets（test group）with imported estrogen tablets（control group）on estrogen level and lipid metabolism in perimenopausal women.Methods The trial was conducted between September 2003 and June 2005.Totally 223 postmenopausal women that from 5 hospitals including Peking Union Medical College Hospital were randomly assigned into two groups: 112 cases in the test group and 111 cases in the control group.Drugs were given in a continuous sequential pattern for 4 cycles.The serum estradiol（E2）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,total cholesterol（TC）and triglyceride（TG）were measured before and after the use of drugs.Results The E2 level after treatment increased in both the study group and the control group:in-group comparison:P<0.05,comparison between groups P>0.05.Serum lipid level after treatment:HDL-C increased in both the study group and the control group:in-group comparison:P<0.05,comparison between groups P>0.05;LDL-C decreased in both the study group and the control group,in-group comparison:P>0.05,comparison between groups:P>0.05.TC decreased in both the study group and the control group,and the change in the control group was statistically significant,P<0.05.comparison between groups:P>0.05.TG increased in study group and the control group,in-group was comparison:P<0.05,comparison between groups:P>0.05.Conclusion The domestic estrogen can improve lipid metabolism and increase the E₂ level in menopausal women significantly,and the effect is not inferior to that of the imported estrogen.更多还原
