干细胞诱导分化、衍生配子研究及伦理学问题探讨

【摘要】 干细胞诱导分化衍生配子研究,可以用于以下两个方面:其一,科学性研究活动,例如探索不孕不育症或配子形成过程等;其二,促进人体辅助生殖技术的科学发展。然而,该项技术研究的开展,亟待对涉及的伦理、法律及社会效应进行充分的权衡评价。本文围绕上述核心问题,针对干细胞源配子基础研究及人体生殖研究等方面展开论述,并就隐私保护、知情同意、过程管理等进行相关分析,以期为当前干细胞研究利益相关方的权利保护和伦理审查实践提供参考。

【Abstract】 The recent study of stem cells induced differentiation for gametes could be used in two aspects as follows: first,for an exploration of scientific activities,such as infertility,formation of gamete; second,for the promotion of human assisted reproductive technology. However,the development of this technology calls for full evaluation and assessment involving ethical, legal and social effects. On the basis of the core problem and principles,this article attempted to discuss the issues such as ethical domains of basicstudy and human reproductive research focusing on stem cells induced differentiation for gametes,and further integrated privacy protection,informed consent and process control. We hope all these considerations could provide references to the better understanding of stem cells research and decision-making in ethical practice.
