【摘要】 高考制度恢复后一直处于变革与调整过程中,始终针对不同时期的不同政策问题完善升级,具有明显的周期性、阶段性特点。改革开放以来经历了三次持续转型升级的版本:以高中会考与标准化考试为核心特征的高考改革1.0(1978—1997年),以扩招、科目设置与命题方式改革为核心特征的高考改革2.0(1998—2009年),以分类考试、综合评价、多元录取为核心特征的高考改革3.0(2010年至今)。要办好人民满意的教育,必须构建人民满意的高考制度,必须推进高考的政策创新、实践创新、理论创新,使高考制度更加成熟定型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The College Entrance Examination system has been changed and adjusted since the recovery of the system. According to the different policy problems in different periods, the College Entrance Examination system has been improving and upgrading, the periodicity and features in stages was presented. There are three editions of continuous transformation and upgrading since the Policy Reform and Opening-up. In the first stage from 1978 to 1997, the core features were senior high school examinations and standardized tests. In the second stage from 1998 to 2009, the core features were the expansion of the enrollment scale, the subject setting and the reform of the propositional way. The third stage has the core features of classification examinations,comprehensive evaluation, and multiple ways of admission since 2010. To satisfy with people’s needs in the education, we must build the College Entrance Examination for the people’s satisfaction and promote the policy innovation, practice innovation and theoretical innovation of the CEE, so as to make the CEE system more perfected and stable.更多还原
