【摘要】 目的研究小儿骶管阻滞患儿采取右美托咪定复合左旋布比卡因方案进行治疗的临床价值。方法选取2016年5月1日～2017年5月1日期间收治的小儿骶管阻滞患儿200例,使用动态随机化方法分为两组,每组100例。对照组给予左旋布比卡因治疗,观察组再联合右美托咪定治疗,对比两组的有效镇痛时间指标、不良反应指标。结果观察组小儿骶管阻滞患儿在治疗后,其有效镇痛时间是(20.15±1.52)h,明显长于对照组;两组小儿骶管阻滞患儿不良反应发生率分别是5.00%和7.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在使用左旋布比卡因的基础上,针对小儿骶管阻滞患儿再联合实施右美托咪定的方案治疗,其效果更为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of dexmedetomidine plus levobupivacaine in children with pediatric fistulas. Methods A total of 200 children with pediatric fistulas were selected in this hospital. The selected time range was from 2016.5.1 to 2017.5.1, and they were divided into 2 groups according to the principle of dynamic randomization. 100 patients were a group. One group was given levobupivaca for main treatment(control group), and the other group was combined with dexmedetomidine(observation group) to compare the effective analgesic time index and adverse reaction index between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective analgesic time in the observation group was(20.15±1.52)h, and they were different from each other(P < 0.05); the incidence of pediatric fistula block in children in the two groups was poor. The reaction probabilities were 5.00% and 7.00%,so the contrast between adverse reactions control was small(P > 0.05). Conclusion Based on the use of levobupivacaine, the combination of dexmedetomidine regimen in children with pediatric fistulas is more effective.更多还原
