【摘要】 目的了解住院手足口病患儿的流行规律,为疾病预防和医院管理提供参考信息。方法以国际疾病分类编码ICD-10为标准,对2012年-2016年出院病案首页主要诊断疾病编码为B08.401的住院患儿信息进行分类统计。结果 2012年-2016年,某院共收治4689例手足口病儿童,占全院18岁及以下住院儿童的2.18%(4689/214 983),发病主要集中在6月~9月份,以7月和8月构成比最高,为63.33%(2970/4689)。男女比例为1.50:1,5岁以下患儿占91.15%(4274/4689)。住院儿童主要来自铁西区、于洪区和沈北新区。治愈好转率99.79%(4679/4689),死亡患儿主要来自铁西区、于洪区和沈北新区。结论疾控机构需加强对城乡结合部和农村地区手足口病的防治宣传,进一步做好5岁以下儿童的个人卫生。医疗机构应加强临床医师对手足口病危重患儿救治能力培训,不断提高手足口病危重患儿的救治水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the rules of hospitalized children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD) and provide reference for disease prevention and hospital management.Methods Performing a statistical analysis on the cases,the code of the main diagnosis on the first page of the medical record is B08.401,by medical records management system according to ICD-10 from 2012 to 2016.Results The amount of HFMD children accounts for 2.18%(4689/214983)of the total children of age less than 18 years old.The onset of the disease time focused on from June to September.The highest constituent ratio is from July to August.It accounts for63.33%(2970/4689).The sex ratio is 1.50:1.Constituent ratio of children under 5 years of age accounted for91.15%(4274/4689).The hospitalized HFMD children mainly came from Tiexi District,Yuhong District and Shenbei New District.Cure rate is 99.79%(4679/4689),The HFMD children died mainly from Tiexi District,Yuhong District and Shenbei New District.Conclusions The disease prevention and control agencies should strengthen the propaganda of HFMD in urban and rural areas and rural areas,and further improve the personal hygiene of children under 5 years of age.Medical institutions should strengthen the training of clinicians on the treatment ability of the critical children with hand foot and mouth disease,and improve the treatment level of the critically ill children with hand foot and mouth disease.更多还原
