【摘要】 目的探讨高分辨MRI对直肠癌分期及环周切缘的评估价值。方法对2014年1月~2016年8月期间在我院住院的直肠癌患者52例进行高分辨MRI检查,以术后病理检查结果为金标准,分析高分辨MRI对T分期、N分期以及环周切缘受累的诊断效果。结果高分辨MRI对T分期的诊断准确率为84.62%,对N分期的诊断准确率为71.15%,对环周切缘受累的诊断准确率为94.23%。结论高分辨MRI对T分期与环周切缘受累的诊断准确率较高,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of high-resolution MRI in staging and circumferential margin of rectal cancer. Methods High resolution MRI was performed on 52 patients with rectal cancer who were hospitalized from January 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital. The diagnostic effects of high-resolution MRI on T-stage, N-stage, and circumferential margin involvement were analyzed, with the pathological findings as gold standard. Results The diagnostic accuracy of high-resolution MRI was 84.62% for T stage, 71.15% for N stage, and 94.23% for circumferential margin involvement. Conclusion High-resolution MRI has high diagnostic accuracy for T-stage and circumferential margin involvement, and is worthy of clinical recommendation.更多还原
