【摘要】 目的探讨老年抑郁症患者采取艾司西酞普兰合并电针治疗的效果和对生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月我院收治的老年抑郁症患者62例,将其按照奇偶分组法均分为两组各31例。对照组使用艾司西酞普兰治疗,实验组使用艾司西酞普兰合并电针治疗。对两组老年抑郁症患者的抑郁情况、临床疗效以及生活质量等进行研究对比。结果治疗后实验组老年抑郁症患者的HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组老年抑郁症患者的生活质量评分存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组老年抑郁症患者的临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年抑郁症患者使用艾司西酞普兰合并电针治疗,可改善患者的抑郁情况,使其生活质量有所提高,提高患者对治疗的积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of escitalopram combined with electroacupuncture and the influence on quality of life in elderly patients with depression. Methods 62 patients were selected from the patients with senile depression who were admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 underwent the treatment according to the method in this study. The patients were divided equally into two groups according to odd even grouping method, with 31 cases in each group. Escitalopram was used for the control group and escitalopram combined with electroacupuncture was used for the experimental group. The depression, clinical efficacy and quality of life in two groups of elderly patients with depression were compared. Results After treatment, the HAMD scores of the elderly patients with depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the quality of life in the two groups of elderly patients with depression after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of escitalopram combined with electroacupuncture in elderly patients with depression can improve depression,improve the quality of life, and improve the patient’s enthusiasm for treatment.更多还原
