【摘要】 目的:了解辽宁省肿瘤联盟医院购买医疗设备的情况,对比进口和国产医疗设备在联盟医院中的使用,为辽宁省国产医疗设备的发展提供建议。方法:采用统一制定的调查表对辽宁省肿瘤医疗联盟36家医院2 899台医疗设备的购买和使用情况开展问卷调查。采用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行数据分析,定量资料组间差异采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:在设备购买方面,联盟医院中进口医学影像类设备、光学医疗器械和内窥镜仪器比重高于国产医疗设备,临床检验分析仪器、治疗与生命支持类设备、护理设备及器具比重均低于国产医疗设备。进口医疗设备购买平均费用显著高于国产医疗设备,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在使用情况方面,共328台医疗设备进行了维修,进口医疗设备年平均维修次数和年因故障停用天数方面均高于国产医疗设备,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进口医疗设备平均维修费用高于国产医疗设备平均维修费用,差异无统计学意义(P=0.137>0.05)。结论:对于科技含量较高的医疗设备,辽宁省肿瘤联盟医院在购买、使用和维修方面对国外公司存在一定程度依赖。辽宁省应继续加大高科技医疗设备的研发力度,缩小国产医疗设备和进口医疗设备之间的差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the purchase of medical equipment and compare the use of imported and domestic medical equipment in Liaoning provincial cancer hospital alliance to provide suggestions for the development of the domestic medical equipment. Methods According to the planned scheme, a questionnaire was used to investigate the purchase and use of medical equipment in 36 hospitals of Liaoning provincial cancer hospital alliance. SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis,inter-group difference was analyzed quantitively with t test and the difference was recognized as being significant when P value was lower than 0.05. Results From the aspect of equipment purchase, the proportions of imported medical imaging instrument,optical medical instrument and endoscopic instrument in the hospital alliance were higher than those of domestic equipment; the proportions of imported clinical laboratory instrument, treatment and life support equipment and nursing devices were lower than those of domestic equipment. The average cost of imported equipment was significantly higher than that of domestic equipment(P<0.05). In term of equipment application, a total of 328 medical equipment underwent maintenance, and the mean maintenance times and failure days of the imported equipment were both significantly more than those of the domestic equipment(P<0.05); the mean maintenance cost of the imported equipment was higher than that of the domestic one while the difference was not significant(P =0.137 >0.05). Conclusion Liaoning provincial cancer hospital alliance depends on foreign companies to some extent when purchases, uses and maintains high-tech medical equipment, so Liaoning province has to emphasize on the development of high-tech medical equipment to decrease the distance between domestic and foreign medical equipment.更多还原
