曲靖翠峰山云南含笑的叶部变异研究

【摘要】 为掌握云南含笑的叶部变异规律,以曲靖翠峰山天然分布的云南含笑为研究对象,对其中的9株45枝共316片叶进行观测,分析了云南含笑叶部的变异情况。结果表明:云南含笑叶部所有性状的变异系数范围为10.86%~56.85%,其中痕柄长比的变异系数最小,叶片基部形状的变异系数最大;除基宽比、顶宽比和叶片形状外,云南含笑叶部的其他性状无论枝间还是株间均存在显著差异;云南含笑叶部性状的信息主要集中于叶片长度、宽度、长宽比、基顶长比和叶柄长度等5个性状。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the leaf variation of Michelia yunnanensis,316 leaves from 45 branches from 9 plants in the Cuifeng Mountain of Qujing in Yunnan were observed.The results show that the range of coefficient of variation is 10.86%-56.85%,of which the ratio of length of stipule scar to that of petiole is the smallest,the base shape of leaf blade is the largest,and except for the ratio of lower width,the ratio of top width and leaf shape,other leaf characters of M.yunnanensis were significantly different in branches and plants.The character information of M.yunnanensis leaf mainly focuses on 5 characters as length,width,ratio of length to width,ratio of base length to top length,and length of petiole.
