【摘要】 目的评价人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗膝关节类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的80例膝关节RA患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组患者给予TKA治疗,对照组患者给予膝关节腔局部注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的HSS、WOMAC、VAS及SF-36评分均显著改善,且试验组患者的HSS、WOMAC、VAS及SF-36评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TKA治疗膝关节类风湿性关节炎的疗效优于膝关节关节腔局部注射玻璃酸钠,可以明显提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty(TKA) in the treatment of knee rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods Eighty knee RA patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with TKA, and the control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection at the attacked local knees. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the HSS, WOMAC, VAS and SF-36 scores in the two groups improved, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of TKA is superior to the sodium hyaluronate injection at the attacked local knees for treating knee RA. In addition, TKA can significantly enhance the quality of life for patients with knee RA.更多还原
