CdZnSe量子点的制备及发光性能研究
Synthesis and Luminescent Properties Study of CdZnSe quantum dots
【摘要】 为了制备水溶性的CdZnSe合金量子点,采用一步水相法制备CdZnSe量子点,并详细研究了反应时间、nZn/nCd、nZn+Cd/nSe和前驱体的pH值等反应条件对CdZnSe量子点的光学性能的影响.通过荧光分光光度计、X-射线粉末衍射仪、紫外-可见光谱对样品进行表征.结果表明,采用一步水相法制得的CdZnSe量子点为立方晶型,量子点的荧光发射峰在572620 nm范围内连续可调,并且随着Zn的含量增加,量子点的发射峰发生明显的蓝移.因此,通过改变Zn与Cd的摩尔比可以获得不同发光颜色的CdZnSe量子点.
【Abstract】 Water-soluble CdZnSe alloy quantum dots were synthesized through one-step aqueous phase method.The effects of reaction time,the pH value,precursor Zn/Cd molar ratios and(Zn+Cd)/Se molar ratios on the optical properties of CdZnSe quantum dots were systematically investigated.The obtained QDs were characterizedby photoluminescence spectrometry,X-ray powder diffraction and UV-Vis spectra.The results showed that the fluorescence emission peak of CdZnSe cubic structurewere continuously adjustable in the range of 572~620 nm.A blueshift in the emission wavelength of CdZnSe QDs was found with increasing Zn molar ratio,which indicated that the emission wavelength of CdZnSe QDs could be tuned by controlling the Zn/Cd molar ratio.
