【摘要】 目的探讨胎儿永存动脉干的声像图特征。方法对我院明确诊断的10例胎儿永存动脉干超声像图进行回顾性分析。结果采用Van Praagh-A分型,5例为永存动脉A1型,2例为永存动脉A2型,2例为永存动脉A3型,1例为永存动脉A4型。结论胎儿超声心动图是产前诊断永存动脉干最有价值的影像学方法,对评估胎儿预后和产前咨询有重要的临床指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sonographic characteristics of persistent arterial trunk in fetus. Methods Ten cases of fetal permanent arterial trunk diagnosed in our hospital were selected, and the ultrasound imagings of permanent arterial trunk were retrospectively analyzed. Results Based on Van Praagh-A typing, 5 cases of permanent artery trunks were A1 type, 2 cases were A2 type, 2 were A3 type, and 1 was A4 type. Conclusion Fetal echocardiography is the most valuable imaging method for prenatal diagnosis of permanent arterial trunk and plays an important role in the evaluation of fetal prognosis and prenatal counseling.更多还原
