丁二酸酐酯化改性聚羧酸长侧链端羟基及减水剂性能

【摘要】 将甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)与丁二酸酐(SAE)进行酯化,得到聚醚端羟基被丁二酸酯化的改性聚醚(SAEHPEG)。再以不同比例的SAE-HPEG和HPEG与丙烯酸聚合,得到一系列分子中含SAE-HPEG长支链的新型聚羧酸减水剂(SAEPCE)。采用红外光谱和核磁氢谱对SAE-PCE的分子结构进行了表征,并对改性前后PCE在水泥浆体中的吸附量进行了测试比较,试验结果表明,改性后减水剂SAE-PCE具有良好的分散性和分散保持性。

【Abstract】 A modified polyether(SAE-HPEG) with polyether terminal hydroxyl groups esterified by butanedioic acid was obtained by the esterify of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG) and succinic anhydride(SAE). And a series of novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer(SAE-PCE) with SAE-HPEG long-chain branches were synthesized by the polymerization of different proportions of SAE-HPEG and HPEG with acrylic acid. FTIR and 1 HNMR were used to characterize the structure of SAE-PCE,and the adsorption capacity of PCE and SAE-PCE in cement paste were also measured and compared. The experimental results show that the modified superplasticizer SAE-PCE has good dispersity and dispersion stability.
