【摘要】 伊伐布雷定是窦房结If电流的选择性抑制剂,近年来多用于因使用β受体阻滞剂有禁忌证的慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗,可有效改善心肌重构、预防心血管事件,减少住院次数。新近的研究显示,伊伐布雷定可被用于急性心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死、不适当的窦性心动过速等治疗,可有效降低心率,改善心肌供氧,提高患者的预后和生活质量。现从不同分型的心力衰竭、冠心病、心律失常等方面对伊伐布雷定的作用展开综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ivabradine is a selective blocker of Ifcurrent in sinoatrial node.In recent years,the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure who have contraindications to β-blockers with ivabradine effectively improves myocardial remodeling,reduces cardiovascular incidents and the number of hospitalizations.Some recent studies have shown that ivabradine can be used in the treatment of acute heart failure,acute myocardial infarction,and inappropriate sinus tachycardia to effectively reduce heart rate,improve myocardial oxygen supply,and improve prognosis of patients and quality of their life.This review will discuss the role of ivabradine in different types of heart failure,coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.更多还原
