【Abstract】 There are many kinds and levels of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is an important and complicated task to assess these teachers appropriately. According to characteristics and features of all kinds of teachers, the module and integrated teachers’ evaluation model separately set up evaluation system modules one by one and references to each other. According to their requirements, the author chooses relative evaluation modules and forms evaluation systems suitable for all kinds and levels of teachers, which provide a new way to resolve teacher’s evaluation in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
