盾构隧道衬砌结构突发性破坏型式研究

【摘要】 文章以错缝拼装的盾构隧道衬砌结构整环加载破坏试验为依托,就隧道衬砌结构突发性破坏型式的特征、破坏机理等进行研究,结果表明:(1)错缝拼装条件下,盾构隧道衬砌结构环间相互作用强弱对环间弯矩传递系数、整环结构内力分布等有显著影响;(2)对于突发性破坏型式,管片接头非线性转动特征在整环破坏过程中起主导作用;(3)突发性破坏具有隐蔽性,整环破坏演变过程中不会出现管片大范围开裂、破损等现象;(4)当管片接头在非线性转动阶段发展到一定程度后,管片接头相对柔度比会急剧增长,并由此导致整环结构出现突发性破坏现象。

【Abstract】 Taking a full-ring loading failure test of staggered segments as the background,the mechanism and features of abrupt failure were analyzed. It shows that the interaction between rings erected with staggered segments has strong influence on the bending moment transfer coefficients between segment rings,as well as the inter force distribution of full ring structure. For the abrupt failure,the ultimate load state of full ring is dominated by the nonlinear rotation of segment joint at the unfavorable section. The crack initiation and development of segments may not be observed in the abrupt failure evolution. The characteristics of catastrophic failure is caused by the abrupt increasing of relative flexibility ratio of segment joint when the segment joint is loaded to some extent at nonlinear rotation stage.
