【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中行盆腔腹膜缝合的效果。方法:收治直肠癌患者60例,均行腹腔镜根治术,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。治疗组术后缝合盆腔腹膜,对照组不缝合。结果:两组术中出血量、术后出血率、术后疼痛程度及持续时间、止痛药使用次数、手术时间、术后恢复时间、住院时间、并发症差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌患者行腹腔镜根治术中缝合盆底腹膜,可减少术后并发症,促进患者早日恢复,操作简单、安全、有效、用时短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of pelvic peritoneal suture in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:60 cases of rectal cancer were treated with laparoscopic radical surgery.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group sutured the pelvic peritoneum after operation,and the control group was not sutured.Results:The amount of bleeding,the rate of postoperative bleeding,the degree of postoperative pain and duration,the use of painkillers,the time of operation,the time of postoperative recovery,the time of hospitalization and the difference of complications were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The suture of pelvic floor peritoneum during laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer patients can reduce postoperative complications and promote the recovery of the patients as soon as possible.It is simple,safe,effective and short of use.更多还原
