【摘要】 新时代下,培育建设一批具有鲜明产业定位、深厚文化内涵、独特景观风貌的特色小镇,是推动内蒙古地区小城镇健康快速发展、加快自治区城乡统筹发展和新型城镇化的重要举措。2016年9月内蒙古自治区颁布了有关特色小镇建设的政策文件。文章首先对政策文件中提到的"特色小镇"的内涵进行了解读,进而比较分析了内蒙古与其他省份政策文件的异同性及其原因,最后深刻分析了内蒙古对国家关于特色小镇有关政策的响应及结合自身发展特点提出的适应本自治区的有关要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, it is an important measure to foster and build a group of distinctive towns with distinctive industrial orientation, profound cultural connotation and unique landscape style. It is an important measure to promote the healthy and rapid development of small towns in Inner Mongolia, and to accelerate the overall development of urban and rural areas in the Autonomous Region and the new urbanization. In September 2016, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region promulgated the policy document on the construction of characteristic town. The article first interprets the connotation of the "characteristic town" mentioned in the policy document, and compares and analyzes the differences and reasons of the policy documents in Inner Mongolia and other provinces. Finally, it analyzes Inner Mongolia’s response to the relevant policies of the special town and its own development characteristics and proposes the adaptation to this autonomy of the relevant requirements of the district.更多还原
