基于流域的黄土高原城镇体系空间结构特征及协调发展策略——以泾河流域为例
Spatial Structure and Coordinated Development Strategy of Urban System in Loess Plateau Based on Watershed:Taking the Jinghe River Basin as an Example
【摘要】 本文运用GIS及相关统计分析软件,对流域的水系、地形地貌、城镇斑块等进行叠加分析,归纳了3种基本城镇类型:川道型、塬面型和黄土阶地平原型,并且完成了泾河流域城镇空间分布格局的定量研究,探明了川道城镇、塬面城镇与地形地貌、水系的内在联系和城镇类型及其空间分布特征。建立了泾河流域人居环境适宜性评价体系和模型,确定了人居环境适宜性指数,并分析了泾河流域人居环境适宜性等级及空间分布特征。针对城镇体系存在的问题,根据泾河流域人居环境适宜性指数及生态空间环境的空间分异特征、社会经济发展现状及顺应未来的环境和经济协调发展需求,采用大分散、小聚集的基本模式,提出泾河流域城镇空间体系——"五区、九水系廊道、四板块"的主体结构,以解决泾河流域地区城镇化发展与生态环境恶化之间的矛盾,为区域自然环境保护与社会经济协调发展提供指导,促进城镇科学有序的发展,为在生态安全格局的目标下调整城镇体系规划提供了全流域整体化解决的基础。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes water system of river basin, topography, uran plaques, summarizes the three basic types of towns: plain type, plateau type and loess terrace type with GIS and relevant statistical analysis software. This paper conducts quantitative analysis of the distribution pattern of urban spaces in Jinghe River Basin. This research further explores the internal connections between towns flanking the rivers, towns built on the plateaus, various topographies as well as water systems. This research further set up the evaluation systems and index models for human settlement suitability in Jinghe River Basin, determines its suitability index, and reveals the appropriateness and space distribution pattern of human settlement in Jinghe River Basin. According to the problems existing in the urban system and its suitability index and ecological space environment of the Jinghe River Basin, the status quo of the social and economic development and the coordinated development of the environment and economy in the future, the paper puts forward the basic pattern of large dispersion, small gathering and urban space system-"five areas, nine water corridors, four plates" of the main structure, in order to conform to the needs of the environment and economic development in the future.
