【摘要】 目的研究痔上黏膜悬吊内痔结扎外痔切除术治疗环形混合痔的临床效果。方法本院自2016年8月—2017年10月收治的环形混合痔患者102例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组51例。对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术进行治疗,观察组患者采用痔上黏膜悬吊内痔结扎外痔切除术进行治疗,比较两组间的有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门狭窄等相关并发症。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.08%,明显比对照组效果好,对照组治疗总有效率仅为72.55%;同时对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门狭窄等相关并发症,观察组与对照组相比有明显优势。结论采用痔上黏膜悬吊内痔结扎外痔切除术治疗环形混合痔相比于传统的外剥内扎术具有较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of hemorrhoid mucous suspension, internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods From August 2016 to October 2017, 102 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional external stripping internal ligature. The patients in the observation group were treated by ligation of hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy. The results were compared between the two groups, such as efficiency,operation time, intraoperative bleeding, healing time and pain, bleeding,edema, and anal stenosis. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.08%, obviously better than the control group,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 72.55%. At the same time, the observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group compared with the operation time of the two groups, the amount of bleeding, the healing time and the pain, bleeding, edema, and the stricture of the anus. Conclusion The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoid ligation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is better than the traditional exfoliation internal ligature.更多还原
