【摘要】 目的分析甘露醇不同应用方案在脑出血治疗中的效果。方法 76例脑出血患者随机数字表法分为研究组(38例)、对照组(38例),对照组采取常规甘露醇方案治疗,研究组采取小剂量甘露醇方案治疗,对比两组治疗效率、血肿体积、不良反应发生概率。结果两组脑出血患者治疗效率、血肿体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组不良反应发生概率(2.63%)比对照组(18.42%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规甘露醇方案及小剂量甘露醇方案治疗脑出血效果无差异,但半剂量甘露醇方案安全性更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of mannitol different application program in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the study group(38 cases) and the control group(38 cases). The control group was treated with the routine mannitol regimen. The study group was given the small dose mannitol scheme, and the efficiency of treatment, hematoma volume and the incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency and hematoma volume between the two groups of cerebral hemorrhage(P > 0.05), the probability of adverse reaction in the study group(2.63%) was lower than that of the control group(18.42%), and the difference was obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Routine mannitol and small dose mannitol have no difference in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, but the half dose mannitol solution is safer.更多还原
