【摘要】 目的探讨早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮对低出生体重儿喂养耐受性影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月我院新生儿监护中心收治的低出生体重儿80例,根据就诊号将所有低出生体重儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组在出生24 h后开始早产儿配方奶粉喂养,观察组予以早期微量喂养和非营养性吸吮联合喂养,观察两组患者喂养不耐受情况、到达足量肠内营养时间、恢复出生体质量时间、住院时间。结果观察组患儿喂养不耐受12.50%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿到达足量肠内营养时间、恢复出生体质量时间、住院时间均少于对照组,经t检验,P均<0.05。结论低出生体重儿采用早期微量与非营养性吸允联合喂养可降低喂养不耐受的发生率,减少到达足量肠内营养时间、恢复出生体质量时间、住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early microfeeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on the feeding tolerance of low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 80 low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. All the low birth weight infants were divided into the observation group and the control group using the visit number, each group with 40 cases. The control group was given preterm infant formula feeding 24 hours after birth. The observation group was fed with early microfeeding and non-nutritive sucking. The feeding intolerance, sufficient amount of enteral nutrition, time to recovery, and hospital stay were observed. Results The feeding intolerance was 12.50% in the observation group, it was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In observation group, the amount of enteral nutrition, the time of birth weight and the length of stay in the observation group were all less than those in the control group. t test showed that P < 0.05. Conclusion The combination of early micro-and non-nutritive absorption and feeding in low birth weight infants can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance, reduce the time to reach sufficient amount of enteral nutrition, restore the time of birth weight, and length of hospital stay.更多还原
