【摘要】 目的探讨一期肠切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法临床纳入本院2017年1月至2018年2月收治70例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,随机将全部入选者分为研究组、对照组,均为35例。对照组行传统分期手术,对研究组患者行一期肠切除吻合术,并观察两组术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者术后并发症发生率为2.86%,较对照组的11.43%明显更低(χ~2=5.535、P=0.019)。结论对左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者而言,一期肠切除吻合术是一种理想的治疗方式,较传统分期手术疗效更理想,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,减轻手术创伤,进一步促进术后康复,具备临床实施意义与运用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate clinical effect of one-stage enteral resection and anastomosis in treatment of left colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods include 70 cases left colon cancer patients with acute intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018, divide them into study and control group randomly, 35 cases in each. Control group was treated with traditional staging operation, and study group with one stage intestinal resection and anastomosis. Observe postoperative complications of two groups. Results postoperative complications incidence of study group was 2.86%, significantly lower than control group(11.43%, X~2=5.535, P=0.019). Conclusion primary intestinal resection and anastomosis is an ideal treatment for left colon cancer patients complicated with acute intestinal obstruction, which is more effective than traditional stage operation, can reduce postoperative complications incidence effectively, reduce surgical trauma, promote postoperative rehabilitation further, with clinical significance and application value.更多还原
